Adjustment of Replacement Costs:

  • If the overdue items are returned in good conditon, the library may remove the replacement cost from the patron's accumulated charges. Late fees and processing fees may still apply.

Second Notice and Further Contact:

  • If the materials are not returned after the first notcie, the library will send a second overdue notice. If the items remain unreturned after the second notcie, the library staff may attempt to contact the patron directly.

Delinquent Status:

  • A patron whose total replacement costs exceed $100 will be considered delinquent.

Suspension of Borrowing Privileges:

  • Patrons classified as delinquent will have the library cards suspended until all replacement costs have been paid, or the items have been returned to the library in acceptable condition, and any eligible charges have been adjusted or paid.
