We are excited to celebrate our Summer Readers at the Summer Reading Finale. This Saturday, join us for lunch & hanging out with a traveling petting zoo. We will be handing out prizes to our Most Minutes Read in the following age categories: 0-7, 8-12, 13-17, 18 and up, overall 0-12 and overall 13 and up. We will also be awarding prizes to our shelf completers who turned in their reading logs.

These items are only available from the West Fork Public Library and cannot be shipped to other libraries in Washington County. To utilize the items below, patrons are required to visit our branch in-person, in order to pick-up the item. Your library account must be in good standing to check out any of these items.

The StarBlast telescope is available for a 3-day check out period (we recommend weekends!). You must sign a small wavier, confirming you understand how to properly use the telescope, upon check out. Have fun exploring!

Generously donated by The American Heart Association, the WF Library offers four blood pressure cuff boxes. Each box comes with a machine, detailed instructions, a logging sheet, two heart-healthy cookbooks, extra batteries, and more! Information inside is written in Spanish and English.
No Wi-Fi? No Problem! The T-Mobile Hotspot is a small, portable device that allows you to get internet in most places. The hotspot follows our two-week checkout period. Depending on the day, there may be a wait list. Ask a librarian for more information.

The library owns four adult jump ropes for checkout, as well as two ultimate frisbee kits! Each kit comes with four discs and a QR code for the UDisc Golf App.

Rods, bobbers, sinkers, rubber lures, extra line, and more are available to checkout at any time. We will even let you keep some of the extra equipment you don’t use. Good luck!

Our Crosstour video projector has 1080p resolution and projects 30-100 inches. The box comes with an HDMI cable, audio cable, and a remote.

Activity backpacks are designed to encourage reading, speaking, listening and developing skills though activities. We theme each backpack so that the books and activities are related. We try to keep some of the activities open-ended to encourage creativity.
Every backpack includes a few books and activities. There are directions for the activities, but feel free to change things up. The backpacks also include a sheet that explains the skills being developed and why they are important.
